Stationary indoor bar with all the necessities, including a vintage fridge. Portable outdoor bar at your request. Large beverage carts available for water, soda, or libations- it’s your party you can choose what you want to!
Warming Kitchen
Our kitchen was designed with your caterer in mind. Amenities to include prep table, 2 refrigerator/ freezers, stove and microwave, warming unit & ice maker.
Something Borrowed
Wedding rentals can enjoy access to our extensive supply of decor and accessories including table linens.
Bride and Groom Suites
A designated space for each bridal party to prepare for the special day. Rooms include visually pleasing decor, plush seating, buffets for snacks and beverage, full length mirrors, hangers & storage. A dressing table for hair and makeup is provided in the bridal room.
Farm Tables
All rentals will include use of tables and chairs, including wood farm tables hand crafted by our family. Base pricing includes seating up to 150. Capacity is 300 persons.
About Us
Hatcher Sisters LLC is composed of three sisters born and raised in Martinsville/Henry County Virginia. We grew up on the family farm established by our grandfather in 1949. We’re excited about the opportunity for a family business to showcase the beauty of our land while bringing a new livelihood to our farm, and new business to our locality.

Rentals
Construction of the venue will be completed by January 2024 with rentals starting first of the year! The first year we will offer prime pricing as an incentive to our community while we establish ourselves as a preferred location for all special event needs.
The Venue
Our 5,500 square foot venue will easily accommodate several hundred seated guests. The venue includes a lighted patio, gazebo, and front porch. We also feature a pond and mountain views.
